Personal Reading Challenge.

I’m not posting a review today, I just started Allegiant (I caved and bought it before my birthday, I just couldn’t wait anymore!) so I’ll post a review when I’m finished. Sorry my reviews have been all over the place lately instead of the usual Friday and Sunday, I’ve been busy writing and haven’t had as much time to read. Which brings me to this post.

It’s my birthday soon, the 20th of this month to be exact, which means I’m going to get a lot of books. (And then even more for Christmas!)
I have a huge amount of books on my shelf that I haven’t read so I thought I might challenge myself to read as many as I can before my birthday. I chose twelve books (originally ten but then I remembered there are two ebooks I have to read.) so I’ll see how many I get through before next Wednesday. I picked books that have been on my shelf for a while and that were around 300 pages or shorter.

And they are:

(Sorry, these are just the pictures and don’t link to their info.)

I don’t think I’ll be able to read this many before the 20th, but if I read half I’ll be happy.

What about you guys? Are your reading piles getting out of hand? What are you planning on reading soon?

  1. I know exactly what you mean about TBR piles getting out of control! I’ve put a hold on accepting any review books until after Christmas, so I can catch up. And like you, everyone gets me books for Christmas too! There are just too many books I want to read!! Fnding Home is on my list too, it looks good. Good luck with your reading challenge!
